A person who is a fan of Hypnosis Mic.

This term tends to be used to describe fans of the rhythm game rather than the anime but most people who genuinely describe themselves as hypsters like both.
It has been deemed impossible to find a single cishet hypster

Hipsterstep

Music listened to by Hipsters because epic dubstep with huge drops is WAY too mainstream. Hipsterstep is music with no real drop but rather a continuous beat, and you need to be ultra-sophisticated to understand it.

Hipster- Turn off that Dodge & Fuski crap! I'm trying to make the peace symbol in all the pictures I'm in!!!

Normal Person- No, shoo little hipster. Look there's a starbucks!!

Mean Girls has a group consisting of “the greatest people you will ever meet,” right? Well, the Hipstars are the real version of that group. They are definitely the greatest people you will ever meet, and they definitely are the “coolest cats” of the world. They are those “in the know” and ahead of the normz.

That said, they are one of the most occupied groups and they would have the best times of their lives as long as they’re together. They have sleepover parties playing Pokemon and eating cake with chopsticks. Being in their group is like being in the best VIP club in the world. If you’re not part of them, then you’re not cool. They're the best anyone can ever have or be a part of.

ppl who think they're better than everyone because they reject "mainstream" music and listen to indie and pop. they love to use a lot of big words to make themselves feel better than everyone.they dont really care about how they look or staying in shape even if there nut hugger skinny jeans and tight v necks make them look gay and destroy there sperm.some of the men wear unisex clothing and sometimes even women clothing which is pretty gay to me.they like to also wear glasses and sunglasses. try to act like they appreciate art and photography.not all hipsters are jerks but some are pretty snobby and think highly of themselves and have know it all syndrome and love talking shit about other sub cultures like hip hop because they will never understand it or probly didnt fit in and are too soft to actually fight. they also like to buy a lot of expensive things which ppl can sometimes get confused with hypebeast but they are actually pretty different.the men usually have bangs that look pretty emo like green day.some hipsters will actually deny that they are hipsters
