What Columbo would say if he was asked to collect da testimony of irate 'n' bickering witnesses who would need to be verbally placified and encouraged to get along wif each other so dat they could all speak coherently while relating to said famous detective what they saw.

What with Columbo's inherently calm and unassuming manner, he put people at ease, and so if he said, "I reckon I can peace the story together" during an investigation, you could generally count on his being able to do so.

n. Humorously non-prestigious assemblage of despotic leaders of third-rate countries desperate to get on the good side of an even more despotic leader of a second-rate country.
Entry to the Golden Treehouse of Peace requires payment of a bazillion dollars to the World Saviour For a Thousand Lives and a pinky swear to always be faithful, not like those Canuck bumsters. The Bored of Peace plans to not only replace the United Nations, but will replace Fifa, and take over Vatican City so as to play the World Cup matches inside St. Peter's Basilica.

The Fortress of Peace Prayer

This is a prayer for our home to be quiet, safe, and happy.

Thank you, God, for our strong boundary wall. It keeps the loud voices and drama far away from us. Our home is now very quiet and very peaceful. I feel happy and safe inside my house. Every person who enters here brings only kindness. Only peaceful sounds and happy thoughts are allowed here. We feel deep love and great strength in every room.

Though in popular culture, the phrase is used in an ironic manner to joke about Islamic Extremism in the world.
