It can also refer to someone who is sexually attracted to women but will date men. In their minds, the 'lesbian' part in this refers not to girl on girl, but is referring to the femininity of the gender they are attracted to. This isn't the best way to call themselves, however. They should call themselves "bi with a female lean," because lesbian is a term that means female on female, and bisexual contradicts that.
