To go without underwear. Sometimes meaning to wear no layer of underwear beneath a pair of long underwear or stockings/nylons. Also "going commando" or "free-balling." Used in areas of the United States.
"Hey bro, I've used up all my underwear and haven't done the laundry yet. Can I borrow yours?"
"No way. You're going Canadian today."

When a homosexual insinuation is made by a peer in the vicinity such as "wow that pair of pants is so stylish!" one would respond with the phrase: just "go homo" and get it over with.
Matty: i really want to invite the quarterback over to chill but i dont even know if he likes me!
Demon: Go Homo
Twist: hahaha

The dangerous stunt of riding on the roof of a car while it is in motion.
Based on the true story of Mitt Romney's 12-hour family road trip to Canada where Romney strapped a kennel occupied by the family's Irish setter, Seamus, to the roof.
In severe distress, Seamus let loose his bowels. The oozy-brown mess ran down the rear windows of the Romney's Country Squire.
Romney pulled off the highway and into a service station. There, he borrowed a hose, washed down Seamus and the car, remounted the pooch in kennel to the roof rack, and then continued driving.
