Jimmy Taco 

A Jimmy Taco is the type of Taco you grew up having in America. Not a true south of the border taco, but now a staple of American-Mexican food.

The Jimmy Taco is always a hard shell taco with ground beef, lettuce, shredded cheese, tomato and sour cream and/or salsa. Variations can be made. The Jimmy taco will eschew traditional Mexican ingredients (crema, cotijia, cilantro) of the south of the border variety for ingredients you will find in any state of the USA (sour cream, cheddar or "Mexican blend" pre-graded cheese as examples)

The Street Tacos at Plancha are good, but the Jimmy Tacos remind me of my childhood in the 80s.

Aussie taco 

An Australian delicacy, consisting of a single folded slice of plain white bread, filled with a sausage (snag) and topped with a choice of onions, cheese, tomato sauce or mustard. Often consumed in the car park of a hardware shop.

Not to be confused with the Australia Taco.

“Mate, wanna grab a feed for brekky?”

Full Tacoma 

Am experience that can no longer be had in Tacoma, sure to the gentrification of nearly every rough area and relocation of most ne'er-do-wells to outlying cities like Lakewood Parkland, and Spanaway, none of which are actually Tacoma.
The full Tacoma would include a WALK through the Hilltop on a Friday night, when the cops used to be afraid to drive through, a run through the overpass jungle near the T-dome, and a visit to friends in Salishan, ending the evening in mellow West Tacoma (formerly known as North Tacoma (thanks, University Place (we still hate you))), most likely eating steak fries at Tower Inn & Lanes, or Denny's for the freaks. A walk across the old Narrows bridge was optional, but highly recommended.
R.I.P., T-Town, we miss you.

I tried to give my cousins the full Tacoma, but they got stuck in a crack house on the hill until daylight, when they ran out of money.
