To rude someone up can be used to describe:
1) a general insult towards a person
2) a forewarned hint of sex

1) Paul - ' Wow Duncan, when did your face get so fat'

James- 'Oooo, Duncan, you just got ruded up' !

Duncan- *sad face*

2) Hannah- 'Simon, i'm coming over in one hour to rude you up, make sure you're ready for me' !
