Get the LooFol mug.A word thats the combination of both luney and goofy. Another way of saying someone who's acting both crazy and silly at the same time. Those scenes where Monkey D. Luffy would act in his Joy Boy form is Loofy. I actually thought Luffy's name was derived from the word "Loofy", til I looked up "Luffy", "Loofy", "loofey" and didn't really find anything, unless it's under a different word. A lot of the old cartoons were loofey.
