euphoric feeling that is a result of close-up exposure to a really good-looking person, specifically Topcon Mike. Usually accompanied by an inability to concentrate, a feeling of light-headedness and uncontrollable smiling/giggling. Also causes a desire to scoop him up for both innocuus and illicit purposes. May also cause affected person to forget to breathe.
