Another phrase that means "Justice has been served." Probably derived from a joke involving the definition of "served" and exactly who the server would be in this case. In any case, Fate seems to serve Justice in this manner.

Accidental inebriation. If "to shart" is the act of intending to fart but accidentally shitting yourself, and "shit-faced" is the state of being intoxicated, then it follows that "shart-faced" would be a condition of drunkenness reached only by accidental or unintentional means.

Honey, we only went out for a couple of beers but Mel kept ordering these little shots of blue shit and the next thing you know we're all completely shart-faced.

Open-Faced Compliment Sandwich

When you receive criticism followed by an insincere compliment, usually at a job review. Done when someone gets so upset after criticism that they are pacified with a "compliment" in order to shut them up.

Chris was mad because his job review was terrible, so his boss made up a random compliment to make him feel better. Chris did not fall for this Open-Faced Compliment Sandwich and remained angry. Grrr.
