A sexual reference referring to Doug Dimmadome, owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome.

When a short, husky man wearing a fake beard and a tall white hat rocks a woman's world from behind while screaming "IM DOUG DIMMADOME, OWNER OF THE DIMMSDALE DIMMADOME"

After this move is performed the two eat blubber nuggets while watching reruns of fairly odd parents.
