A word invented by inexperienced marijuana smokers who think that only one strain of cannabis has a delayed high. The truth is that all pot, when inhaled properly, should begin its intoxicating effects about 7 seconds after entering the body. However, the GREATEST intensity of the high from any weed is about 5-20 minutes after starting. The name "creeper" could thus be used to describe ALL marijuana.
Stoner 1: "What's wrong with this stuff? I dont feel anything yet!"

A man who distinctly creeps or views unsuspecting young girls, generally caught on camera doing various acts of a creepous nature, he will stop at nothing to be satisfied by the intense pleasure of sighting young girls and attempting to "get some" before being dragged away by law enforcement officials
