This is a quote from a children's book. T is basically a way to say ABSOLTELY NOT but in a more chill tone. Kind of like: "I don't know what y'all are talking about- I know it ain't me."

Commonly said after a phrase or sentence which one does not intend sexual meaning, but would indeed be amusing if a female had made the statement in a sexual manner.
Tom: "Think I could use your air compressor to blow out my sprinkler system before winter?"
John: "No, it's probably too small. I just have a little tiny one."
(laughing) Jonathan: "That's what she said!"

Meaning the same thing as the American phrase "that's what she said," the phrase "as the actress said to the bishop," or "said the actress to the bishop," originates from England probably around the time of World War II. The words are a catchphrase that is used to change a seemingly (and most likely intended to be) innocent statement into a perverted joke.
