Someone who always needs to put in the last word of an argument, for better or worse, to achieve some minor piece of victory.

"God, let's just stop this stupid argument."

"Yeah, OK. It's like, we both know you're a total hypocrite, so yeah, let's just stop this. Where do you wanna get lunch?"

"God, you're such a fucking Last Word Nazi."
