A guy who scopes out lonely, traumatized and vulnerable women and promises to love them forever and moves out of his house and tells said woman that he loves her every day and then after 6 months just changes his mind with no remorse. He is also a lying SOB.

Psychopathetic. Adjective. A combination of the words, psychopath and pathetic, describes a person exhibiting a chronic mental disorder with abnormal social behavior whom few can sympathize with because his or her efforts to sway one are altogether lame.
