He is named after two late headmasters of the wizarding school, Hogwarts, Albus Dumbledore, and Severus Snape, both of whom held close relationships with his father, Harry Potter. Last we heard, he was entering his 1st year of Hogwarts, and very worried that he might be placed in the Slytherin house instead of the preferred Gryfindor.
