To leave; a way of letting people know you're going somewhere; To get up and go. To inform others that it's time to leave.
"Time to go to Disneyland, come on let's launch."
"I'm going to the store, are you ready?"
"Yeah, let's launch."

Having a large sometimes loud fart in a heated seat of a car. The heating effect just amplifies the enjoyment for all.

It starts off as a small case of lamenigga-itis , and eventually(if untreated) can and will turn into a number of serious health complications such as: bum bumps, fentanyl addiction, scabies, dizziness upon standing, sudden weakness, super fever, severe picking, white shit in the corner of the mouth, empty pockets at all times, sudden death.
It is very contagious.

When an Illinois resident, usually on a Wisconsin lake, is unable to properly launch their boat. Side effects including backing up the line for everyone else, ruining their boat, or crashing their truck into the water.
“Yo what’s up with that dude that just drove his truck into the water?”
“He’s from Illinois. Classic FIB boat launch.”

A password (usually auto-generated) that is complete nonsense. Example: *)36/Pn=p>(JOp5dcqtUo"@G
These passwords are ironically a good practice to use since a brute-force attack based on non-nonsense data is more likely to guess a password like "fuckrobot34" than "lG.j"UXhSHZ*|c>j|$oBfXr1"
The phrase comes from the assumption that a string of characters needed to launch a rocket would be very random as to protect the system from hijacking.

The password that was suggested to me on superconfidentialgovernment.com looked like a rocket launch code.
