An extension of the classic 'ftw (for the win)' internet forum spam, but with smarmy or derogative connotations.

Best used when something doesn't really deserve a 'ftw'; or in contexts where ftw is used extensivly (to display contempt).

Henry won the fight by throwing dirt in the other guy's face and stabbing him in the back. Dirty tactics ftpw.
