If you're just seeing this from typing something similar, this is when you press the first key of the top row, then the whole first letter row, then the next key of the top row, then the second letter row, than the next key in the number row, then the whole bottom row, then the next key in the number row, followed by the whole top letter row again, and continue the pattern until you get to the last key of the top row

the result of dragging your finger across the keyboard. note the change of case to coincide with the caps lock key, and the lack of = due to the backspace afterward. it stops after ' because of the enter key. like `1234567890-=qwertyuiop#asdfghjkl;'\zxcvbnm,./ but actual. the tab key is avoided as if it is inputted in a website it is just weird and in a text document it's just an overpowered space.
