The name was coined after Jacob Godar, who no matter what the consequences, risking life and limb, will go wide open- indefinitely.

When a hot woman passes by, or if anyone sees a hot chick, you yell throttle to inform everyone you would fuck her. Also, jokingly used on fat/ugly chicks. The great thing about throttle is that no women know what it means, so you can say it straight to their face and they will have no clue.
