Rosie. She is a dog that makes you make her tea and add sugar and dog biscuits to it. You leave her alone with it for no more than 2 seconds and she’s already knocked it over. This is just because you called her a little of the chunky side or because you tell her that there is no more ice.

Someone with too much salt so they naturally try to suck the moisture from others who aren't as salty as them
