This term is used by the people of the Six Nations reservation in Ontario, Canada. It refers to people who are not native, or in this case not 'scones' (Scone being a colloquial term used amongst Native Americans to describe themselves)

Seven Second Syndrome

Seven Second Syndrome is when you change radio stations and they are playing the last seven seconds of an awesome song that you haven't heard in years, immediately followed by an awful song that you despise.

When I flipped to the 80's station, I caught the last seven seconds of a Replacements song I haven't heard since college, then they launched into an extended remix of the sublimely-awful "The Final Countdown" by Europe. Damn Seven Second Syndrome again!

sloppy second sharing

When multiple couples are friends on Facebook and male A shares a meme with female A, then male B, seeing said meme, shares it with female B. Female B realizes that said meme was not exclusive to couple B.

Mary thought John sent her a sweet meme, then she saw that Mike sent it to Jill an hour earlier. It was then she knew she had fallen victim to sloppy second sharing.
