Fresh Pasta is when you push a piece of cooked spaghetti through one side of a girl's nose and have it come out the other nostrel. Then the same girl gives you head and while she swallows you hit her in the back of the neck, forcing her to cough and have your pink paste come out her nose and down the spaghetti.

What prepubescent teens do when they lose. Mainly to reassure each other that they aren't losers, but is usually unsuccessful due to the fact that all people aren't idiots such as the above stated.
