A person who cheats and/or uses loopholes and rule lawyering toward their advantage. One who reads between the lines filling in the gaps with "cheese" or "leaps of logic" when rules are not defined or specified in the rule books or instructions for games.

Cheese Baller 

An overconfident basketball or dodgeball player, usually tall, and male. A group of Cheese Ballers will typically be given a nick name by the leader of the group.

i.e. The Big Cheese, Swiss Cheese, Stinky Cheese, Nacho Cheese etc.
