Get the Uglymug. The ugly mirror is when your anger towards another person is coming from your own guilt in doing the same thing. Maybe they have the same issue/tendency you do, and maybe you have never been on the receiving-end before.
I was angry at James because of his massive mommy issues, until I realized I was looking into the ugly mirror.
