Any combination of alcoholic cocktails that are centered around a key ingredient, freshly ejaculated semen.

Commonplace at gay bars and night clubs, one will order a drink of their choice, and loudly proclaim "Festini!" and a line of willing ingredient donors forms, and the drinker chooses their favorite.
