A one plug blow out is where one half of the strap on a pair of thongs pulls away from the base, causing a (usually) embarrassing fall.

Generally occurs while running or from walking through a puddle while drunk.

Bystander 1: How did the police catch that bag snatcher?
Bystander 2: He had a one plug blow out running past their parade.

When a person that uses every system ever humanly made and finds you more useful out of jail when its a high risk. You're given a list you must follow exactly after committing a crime or being set-up/framed for a crime and are stuck. So it looks like you're best friend just handed you a golden ticket aka get out of jail free card"

This is a professional framer or you just lost your lid but either way he/she had the joy of witnessing it.

what-out

n: the "what-out"- When one buys time to think of a lie when caught off guard with a question by saying, "WHAT?", as if they did not hear the question. The "what" response is usually preceded by a breif pause or silence.
V: "what-ing out"; "pulling a what-out"
