Narcing yourself out

Making a big deal out of saying you definitely didn’t do something or have to do with something, therefore inadvertently revealing your culpability. See: the 11 House Republicans who sent a long letter to telecoms threatening legal action if their phone records get released to the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th Attack on the US Capitol, even though they totally had nothing to do with it, you’re not going to find anything anyway.
Lauren and Matt, you need to stop telling everyone you didn’t have anything to do with the big plan, you’re narcing yourself out!

Fart out

Air released from the mouth in the shape of "creative words" but actually not saying anything and won't add anything to the context. Usually happens in work meetings
In a meeting ...

A: the work load coming from this project doesn't make sense considering the expected outcome

B: The sun shines from the east every morning....
A: What a fart out! What do you think we should do?

Out the spout

A word used as a general descriptor for something white hot with freshness. Something that is mind-blasting and too iridescent to touch. Progressive and direct from the source. (adj.) It's some out the spout shit. (adv.) I always bring it with some out the spout.

Also see "directly from the source".
Yo that kid is out the spout!

This coffee is definitely out the spout, yo!

Yeah man. I heard that band. I am glad we saw them when we did. That was some serious out the spout type stuff.

Well, personally I always thought his work was really out the spout, as it were. Really progressive stuff.

Zak came over last night and we had the most out the spout sex I have ever had. It was so incredible.
