when a man has an allergic reaction to his own semen causing his testicles to turn yellow from infection. if untreated, this can lead to the scrotal deterioration which causes the testicles to become exposed and openly releasing the infection. the infection has an odor that smells similar to a rotting potato. due to the color and smell, it was awarded the name "Stinky Tater Tots."
