If someone said this to you it means you did or said something that is not or no longer socially acceptable
Guy 1: that was out of pocket
Guy 2: all I said was I’m not into -specific thing it is socially unacceptable to not like-

A term used, mainly by southern business men, to indicate they will not be available as usual. It's a stupid term, that is frown upon by people with intelligence. The term is often used by individuals that most people would describe as sociopaths.
My boss, the sociopath, had to take his wife to rehab this morning, he stated that he will be "out of pocket" most of the day.

Out of Pocket. Out of pocket can mean out of hand, off the chain, and other things. If someone calls you out of pocket, they mean that you are doing too much and that whatever caused them to say that, was pretty wild.
Bekah: "Can I catfish my cousin? Or is that too Alabama?"
Ashley: "Dude you're way out of pocket. Like, you can't even turn around and see the pocket anymore. Thats how out of pocket you are Bekah."
