These pricks hang outside of Hot Topic. Waiting for it to open so they can spend more of Mommy's and Daddy's money. They can be seen walking around the mall (obviously), looking down at the ground faking depression. sporting bad ICP make-up and wearing a Slipknot shirt. Laughing at Abercrombie, Cause obviously laughing and pointing at a clothing store is SOOO hardcore and rebellious. Age group for this abomination of a subculture is usually 12-15. Usually after 15 they grow up and realise how stupid they looked. But some people never grow up.

Dolphin Mall

This mall located in Miami, Fl is the best chance to come across individuals of the chonga/chongo nation, as this mall is their one stop shop (besides the flea market)for their chonga/chongo attire (brazilian jeans, white tees, urban wear,etc.) at the best prices.The mall is also one of their most favorite "chill" spots, as they contaminate areas such as the movie theater and Dave n Busters. Some consider Dolphin mall the chonga/chongo headquarters.

Chonga: "Aii Im sooo bore Primo , Lesz go to Daufin Mau"
Chongo: Aright mami you wan go to Dolphin Mall, hold up lemme roll up a blunt and call Junior.

Westland Mall

A crappy mall located in Hialeah, Florida. Does not have sufficient stores and isn't all that. Most of the stores located inside are for chongas and children. I'd say Pac Sun is the only good store there. Full of moron securities and old people. It's small as hell and not cool.
