Spruce Pine

Term used to describe small hick towns in the corner of North Carolina. These towns prey on peoples' dreams and trap these very people within their borders. A Spruce Pine is known primarily for having a high abundance of christmas trees, tobacco and the sub-species; redneck.

Pine Tree

Another name for a penis. Usually used in calling one a 'pine tree' for an offensive statement. Can also be used as a basic offending word, not really relating to a penis whatsoever.

Pine Barrens

An area of forest that exists mainly in the Southern half of New Jersey and eastern Long Island. The forest consists mostly of Pitch Pine and swamps of Atlantic White Cedar (NJ). Relatively flat and sandy. Nicknamed the Pine Barrens by early settlers because of the difficulty of growing crops in the sandy, acidic soil.
