Tenda

Euphemism for bitch. Started by an unknown African American male referring to an attractive girl. This term should not be used by white males due to its obscurity and black roots. While this word is common in the environment at one school, this word is unknown to those of schools around the area of the origin.

Black kid: "Tenda L! Can you grab me my jacket gurllll?"

"L": "Sure thing :)"

White Friend: "What does tenda mean?"

Black kid: "Don't worry... you ain't black"

tenament

a small building found in New York City, especially in New Yorks Lower East Side. Tenements are usually no more than five stories high, with narrow staircases and tiny apartments. Tenaments were home to many european immigrants during the 19th century. Most tenements were built no later that 1910, and often have features such as hexagonal tial floors charachteristic of that time. Unsafe conditions, especially overcrowding in the tenements caused a lot of sickness and death amoung immigrants, and in 1863, new "tenemant laws" were passes stating things like, all apartments must have windows. Tenaments are very specific to the Lower East Side, but can also be found in east harlem, and other parts of NYC.

rodent tendancies

"Rodent" is a term in itself that is much the same as "Rat", a term to describe someone who's behaviour is sneaky and likely to be connected with the underhand seduction of a potential shag. Except "Rodent" is a stronger derogatory description than "Rat". "Rodent tendancies" is a blanket description of the traits associated with the behavior of a rat/rodent.

You can tell Dean Boyle is a rat bastard because he has rodent tendancies.

Phil Dixon pretends to be a gentleman in front of the ladies, but his rodent tendancies are clear to the rest of us.

Paul Firth was displaying rodent tendancies when he was chatting up that minger last night. Rat.

I've got nothing against Jon Storer, but i'd be lying if i said he didn't have notorious rodent tendancies.
