Anyone that is plain mean in any aspect of life in general. A mean, self absorbed, hateful vendictive, all around spiteful and ugly inside and out. They think that they are better than anyone else. They will call other people names and try to be-little others for the only reason that they are jealous of that person. A Kelly Sylo would be another name associated with a pickle.

That girl that picked on others while she was in a relationship with Swerv was a total pickle.
