Get the data encraptionmug. A person who is incapable of any creative or critical thought, (i.e. Psychologists) who relies solely on numerical evidence to shape their worldview. In a professional realm, these are the people who don't contribute any meaningful commentary to a project that they may undertake, and instead tell anybody with questions to "look at the charts." They do not put in any meaningful work themselves, opting instead to mine for the work someone else has done and draw the most painfully obvious conclusions from it
