Four-cuffer

If an officer puts cuffs on you and you have one set on, that makes you a one-cuffer. When you are too "large" for one pair of cuffs, you become a two-cuffer and so on....

Culture Cuffer

Somebody that is over protective and selfish with a particular culture, and is not willing to compromise or share & celebrate it with those they deem unworthy, despite their motives.
