Tell ur self that this is boredom beyond belief. Just stop and do ur work. To achieve this, you start from top letter, bottom letter, middle letter, go from left to right, but skip a row than do the same thing. Once you hit the end, you have 2 options, 1. get back to work, 2. reverse the pattern you just did and go from top bottom middle for every row you skipped. You probably picked option 2 because of your insane boredom during online school.
