A Squad Hit is when one person has intercourse with more than 2 members (3 and up) of a group of friends.
It is usually a point of pride for the person having accomplished the feat and a point of shame for the group of friends.

Brad: That's awesome bro, she's hot!
Chad: Nah bro! She already hooked up with Kyle AND Brandon. I couldn't let her get the squad hit!
