Used by the younger ex-pat community in Thailand to describe someone who spends entirely too much time in bars or go-go clubs.

Plays a pun on the fact that side streets in Thailand, commonly home to various forms of brothels and bars are known as "soi-number".

Guy1: "Did you hear about Tim's dad?"

Guy 2: Nah mate what happened?

Guy 1: "He became a total soi-boy. Got a divorce, moved to Thailand and moved in at a ladyboy go-go bar."

Guy2: "oof"

worm boy

A manipulative man who grandly presents himself as a feminist and queer ally, but does not act accordingly. He disrespects women and queer people and secretly thinks of himself as superior, but does a lot to gain their trust in order to get close to and sexualize them.

They usually only think with their tiny worms (aka their penises).

"I thought he's such a feminist because of his painted fingernails, but turns out he's one of those worm boys."
