Get the Thanks for coming to my TED talkmug. It's what you say when you see an advertisement for a new development in a part of town that was once cool (see:low rent, dangerous, fun) and you get the hint of dread upon imagining the hoard of NPC yuppies from out of state that will inevitably fill up at least 60% of these polished turd-houses/shit-buildings. ....And all the new traffic that goes along with having several hundred new residents all trying to come and go from the area during certain times of day, in a place without the proper infrastructure to facilitate it.

Get the Here comes the neighborhoodmug. The proper past tense of the word "come up". This is more proper than "comed up" and head and shoulders better than "came up", which only sissies say. Its identical twin opposite is "come downed".
