Noun. Anyone working in a food service establishment that does not primarily sell alcohol.

Extension of 'Industrial', a derogatory word for anyone who works in a bar or nightclub.

Dude #1: Hey does Gino still work the door at Crobar?

Dude #2: Nah he's a Light Industrial now...he works at the Olive Garden.

an area in Chicago, particularly along North Avenue, where the presence of the new security cameras to deter crime is noted by the blue lights that constantly flash to scare off would be criminals.
