THE ONLY THING THAT CAN STOP YOU FROM DOING IT IS IF YOUR OVER 40 YEARS OLD, YOU HAVE AN INJURY, YOU HAVE A BAD COLD/FEVER, THE WEATHER IS UNDER 15 DEGREES OR IF YOU HAVE RECENTLT BEEN IN HOSPITAL!
