It used to be a lot more scene (haha) and people used to hang out there and blade around, and sometimes Jack and Jeff would visit from Indiana (of course this is before they moved back). The increase of drug addiction and sales, economic depression, ballooning alcoholism, over crowded lock up facilities and a host of other ills however, have not hindered some to raise stable families IN SPITE OF all of this.
With one exception, Holiday in the City, the downtown area which used to be filled with life, is now a near lifeless shell of its former glory.
