Kenneth Chundie Adam, born on 5th March 2002, is a rapper, singer and songwriter from Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia—better known by his stage name, Casey Awesome, formerly stylized as Ca$ey Awe$ome.
He has many other nicknames, monikers, aliases, personas and alter-egos than Casey Awesome such as Yung Pi$ce$, Lu$ifer, Juda$, Lil Hyde, Jo$eph, Mr. Lonely, Mr. Nobody, Romeo Da Heartbreaker and Lil Cupid as he performs alongside his friends Dope Sick Boy, formerly stylized as LiL FAD, Bolhan Nadir, formerly stylized as Nadir Tiger, and Fadzril Fattah as the hip-hop underground rap group, GHO$TBOY$.
Before the formation of the rap collective, GHO$TBOY$, Casey’s interest, passion and love for hip-hop all started at the age of 5 when he listened to the radio to 2Pac – California Love for the first time ever. As the time goes by and the years had passed through, Casey at the age of 16, listened for the first time ever to both XXXTENTACION – Vice City and Lil Peep – Star Shopping on SoundCloud. Feeling inspired and motivated, he’d started rapping with the help from his cousin, Nathaniel Bangga, known as Lil $tructo, formerly stylized as KyloNath. They’ve began writing their lyrics then recorded their vocals and finally mixed and mastered their raps by using BandLab, even publishing their first two raps singles on SoundCloud titled “ Error404 ” with their friend Shaun Queenton, known as $ Trick, and “ GRINGO ” with their friend Mark Ryan, known as Lil Mazey.
