Especially troublesome in career fields where intense concentration is required and you're stuck, literally, with "nowhere to go". Some such careers are pilot, surgeon, paramedic, and speed shooting competitor.

While driving to an emergency:

Paramedic 1: "Hey man, I gotta take a piss real quick before we get to this call." (Jumps in the back)
Paramedic 2 (Driver): "What the..."

Paramedic 1: "Yeah man, didn't want to show up to a CPR with bladder brain!"

Mass Brain

A viral condition common in people who attend mass and then proceed to do their grocery shopping. Symptoms include a lack of environmental awareness, ignorance, inability to listen, dilly-dallying and camping shopping aisles in an attempt to figure out if they want to buy a product or not. This condition is especially common in senior shoppers who have attended mass and have now decided to slow down retail staff due to their lack of perception. “Mass Heads” can usually be identified by their woollen clothing, thick prescription glasses, slow pace and downright brain dead questions.

Old man : How’ya Mary? Any craic this morning?

Old woman: Ah John are ye well? I’ve a fierce case of Mass Brain this morning, the priest fairly blabbered on about the New Testament and now I’ve the notion to stand in the middle of a busy shop chatting pish.

Old man: Ah Jaysus! You and me both!

Geloo Brain

When you become unexpectedly overwhelmed by the observation of the opposite gender (or gender of romantic interest) and become besotted by them only having known them from one meeting. Admiring someone you have just met platonically but in a romantic way.

Wearing your heart on your sleeve in the most literal sense.

Basically could fall in love with the idea of somebody by idolising them, filling in the blanks which leads to romanticism.

Changing your mind about what you want in a partner everytime you meet someone new, even if you have never suggested so before, based on one girl after one meeting.

Person 1: I just met this girl today, she came in to visit at work, she was so nice. I like extraverted girls.
Person 2: Every girl you have liked previously hasn't been extraverted....
Person 1: Yeah but i liked her. She ticked so many boxes for me.
Person 2: You say this about every girl you meet! You got Geloo Brain!

Bangtan Brain

When you are first introduced to the K-pop group BTS and are subsequently unable to do anything else. It is similar to catching a virus, because it may start with casual contact but then soon spreads through your entire body and mind. Soon you have gone down a K-hole and are obsessively watching every video, interview, game show, reality show, live, log, and performance they have done in the past, while checking your news feed every morning to see if they have been on Korean TV overnight. It causes you to stop functioning at work and social situations. There is no known cure.

I took a day off of work because I had a terrible case of Bangtan Brain, and needed to stay home and watch every episode of American Hustle Life again.
