Person A: I found some old records in an antique store the other day; made from vinyl and everything.
Person B: What are records?
Person A: They're how people listened to music back in the day before CDs and radios.

backing track

The part of the song which is just the intstruments is called the "Backing Track" or "Instumentals".

It is useful to get these tracks if you wish to spoof a song, but make it have the same beats/sounds in the background as the original.
That singer is really bad, but I like the tune. I think I will just try and get the backing track and record my own voice over it. That'd rock!

Snack in the back

A lil rimmie taster. As in, just a small rim job around mid-afternoon, similar to an hors-d'heurve. Great with with a cup of tea and some Sandwhich Creams. A tasty nibbler, just a bit of ass.
Chingy: Hey Tabitha, are you headed on break?
Tabitha: Yeah, I'm just headed out for a quick cigarette.

strikes-back

To strike-back means to successfully "out play" an opponet in a musical duel. When someone "strikes-back" they are playing in an ensemble of rock and roll's most commonly used instruments and successfuly effecting a audiences in an energetic and possitive way.

2. Combination of Creed and Nickelback.
