Get the Zoomermug. A term used in a humorous or ironic way by especially young people, to reflect the societal damage on their brains. The brain of a zoomer ie. a person of generation z (someone born between 1997 and 2012) has been somewhat damaged by being raised by the internet and social media, and in an economic system in decline. Gen z's have very bad prospects for the future due to ecological, social and economic crisis, which if not apparent now, lies not far in the future. Therefore the zoomer brain reflects a general societal decay. Zoomer brains are often characterized by being quite socially sensitive, anti-social, anxious, depressed, apathic and suffers from a lower attention spans the previous generations.

Get the Zoomer Juicemug. Zoomer for short. Created during Covid-19, this term refers to the generation of kids who had to go to school online due to the pandemic, many of whom were on the videoconferencing platform like Zoom.
This is an additional layer of meaning different to the previous use of the word 'Zoomer' (2018) which stops at identifying people as Generation Z / Millennials.

'OK zoomer' is a response to a member of Generation Z who acts like political polarisation and reactionary conservatism were nonexistent before 2015-2016, not realising that this belief is a product of being a politically unaware child during the Bush presidency and the height of the Tea party movement.
Zoomer: I wish we could go back to the 2000s and early 2010s. We were all united back then and not divided by partisan lines.
