A large typically hairy amazon-like girl who is malevolent in her speech and actions. They typically roam around malls, playgrounds, anywhere there is a crowd you can find a wildebitch. Generally they are non-aggressive unless confronted outside the club.

She is such a wildebitch when we leave Nighttown.
