Midwest Bounce

Occurs when a volleyball player swings at a ball low seam directly into the block. The ball will generally go straight down on his own side of the court, bouncing with such force and velocity that it breaks the plane of the volleyball net at its maximum height.

Midwest

The only place in America where you are almost 100% guaranteed to get snow in April every year. Sometimes it even snows in June if you're extremely unlucky.

Person from the Midwest: "My father once told me a story of how it snowed on his birthday in North Dakota, thereby ruining all of his and his friends and family's plans."
Person who is not from the Midwest: "What's so surprising about that?"
Midwest: "My dad's birthday is in JUNE."

Midwest Princess

A young lady, who is from the midwest who thinks she runs the show, rules the roost. Thinks that she knows everything. When in fact she is a spoiled privileged entitled brat that needs to go shut up and sit in the corner and watch the big dogs run the show.

Diane is a midwest princess and needs to pipe down when Andrea is showing old west guns. Andrea's family knew John Wayne(Marion Morrison) and Diane maybe visited his birthplace in Iowa once.
