When one has experienced an overwhelming. amount of flannel garb to the point of it becoming dull, mediocre, 'mid', unflattering, dreadful, etc.. to the human eye

Flannel + Jaden

Flannel - Twilled wool with a loose texture and a slight napped surface in a checkered pattern (usually in black + red)
Jaded - Lacking interest or desire due to having experienced too much of something.

Billie mocked Trevor, for Billie had become a Flannel Jaden, apathetic and hateful towards Trevor's constant flannel fits, begging him to just wear something else for once.
