Vacious

The distant, glassy-eyed stare of an alien abductee that has recently returned to earth after their experience and probably missing at least 50% of their brain. Vacious stares are also a known diagnosis for aliens impersonating humans.

After receiving a vacious stare, I became aware that the bank teller was not of this earth.
